RESEARCHING YOUR WW1 DIGGER.  Two workshops with Vince Black.

Saturday 14th February 2015:   WORKSHOP 1   This introductory workshop is designed to guide family historians to find, research, collate and make sense of available information about a selected Australian relative. The program utilises the World Wide Web to enable participants to access information for a Digger involved in any one or more of the three theatres of war for the Australian Infantry Forces (AIF) –at Gallipoli, the Western Front and in Palestine.

Sunday 15th February 2015:   WORKSHOP 2. This advanced workshop will assume that participants have already compiled a comprehensive portfolio of personal information on their selected Digger.  It will endeavour to assist family historians to understand some of the ‘bigger picture’ aspects of the Great War that they might choose to weave into the story of their selected Digger.
